PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) -- Portsmouth Police responded to a report of a stabbing on Saturday afternoon around 1:10 p.m. Upon arriving in the 200 block of Webster Avenue, officers found a man suffering from life-threatening stab wounds.
