INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Fire Department extinguished a blaze at a vacant warehouse Saturday monring. Per an IFD Facebook post, crews were sent to the 700 block of King Avenue around 7:29 a.m. When first responders arrived at the scene, they found a heavy fire that had broken out at a vacant warehouse. Photos courtesy of the Indianapolis Fire Department. IFD confirmed nobody was injured during the fire. The cause of the blaze is still under investigation. Saturday marked the second time IFD has battled a fire at the vacant warehouse. IFD responded to another fire at the same location on April 15, 2020. As of this article's publication, no additional information on the incident had been made available.
