Officials are investigating a fatal shooting Saturday in Newport, Campbell County dispatch said. The shooting took place Saturday afternoon along Isabella Street near Elm Street and W 8th Street. It's unclear how many people were killed in the shooting. Dispatch also did not say if police have identified any suspects or if anyone is in custody.This is a developing story and WCPO will update when more information is available.
