Utica man causes car crashes, injures 4 children while fleeing from police, deputies say

Bridgewater, N.Y. — A man was arrested in Oneida County after fleeing from deputies twice and causing a multi-vehicle collision, deputies said.Jose Guevara, 23, of Utica, was arrested on multiple charges after he crashed into a car while fleeing from police, causing the car he hit to hit other vehicles, according to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office.
