TAUNTON, Mass. (WLNE) — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation said construction of a culvert at the Cotley River on Route 140/County Street southbound in Taunton will require an exit closure. The work and closure are scheduled to begin Oct. 16 and will continue through July 2025.   Exit 19B to County Street will be closed and traffic will be detoured to Exit 19A. Drivers traveling through the affected areas should expect delays, reduce speed, and use caution.            More information on traffic conditions and road work can be found on Mass511.
