INDIANAPOLIS One person was killed in a shooting on Indy's west side early Saturday morning. According to Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to a shooting in the 5500 block of Scarlet Dr. around 3 a.m. When officers arrived, they located a victim with gunshot injuries. Police said the victim was unfortunately pronounced deceased. At this time, police have not provided any additional information. Check back for updates.
