FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – The University of Saint Francis and WANE 15 are teaming up again this year, for the 'Pay it Forward' scholarship. One student will be awarded a full-tuition and fees scholarship to USF, and two students will win half tuition scholarships. WANE 15 spoke with the assistant director of admissions, Erika Rockey.
