Update: All first responders have cleared the scene. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – A portion of Interstate 95 that runs through Dorchester County is currently shut down due to a collision. Colleton County Fire-Rescue said I-95 at mile marker 68 is closed as multiple rescue units make their way to the scene. Traffic cameras show traffic is backed up to mile marker 68. Several fire trucks have blocked all lanes at Exit 68 on the interstate. The collision was between two vehicles, including an 18-wheeler. One person was trapped inside the vehicle and the 18-wheeler is blocking the roadway, according to Capt. K.C. Campbell. Officials have not provided an update on the trapped individuals collision. News 2 has reached out to learn more about the collision. This incident is developing. *This story has been corrected to say the collision occurred in Dorchester County.
