BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Get ready to rev up those engines as the Monster Truck Nitro Tour comes to the Lamar Dixon Expo Center in late October. At this family-friendly event on Saturday, Oct. 26, attendees will find 10,000-pound car-crushing giants competing in racing, wheelie contests and freestyle action. According to a news release, attendees will also get the chance to meet with the drivers and see the trucks up close during the pit party and driver autograph session. Eventgoers can also ride in a monster truck during the pit party and intermission. A Pit Party Pass and an event ticket is needed to attend the pit party and driver autograph session. Tickets can also be purchased at the gate. According to a news release, ticket prices will increase on show day and children two and under get in free.
