EAST LONGMEADOW, Mass. (WWLP) - The East Longmeadow Rotary Club will be hosting its "Celebrate East Longmeadow" at Center Field on Saturday. Columbus Day weekend events in western Mass. Saturday's festivities will feature games, hayrides, pumpkin picking, and a Halloween Costume Parade for the kids. There will be cheer performances beginning at 11 a.m. in front of the bandshell, then K-9 demonstrations will occur at noon, and the children’s costume parade is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. There will also be live musical performances, including "The Voice" finalist and Westfield native, Madison Curbelo at 1:00 p.m. Over 50 craft and community vendors will be in attendance, along with great food, scavenger hunts, bounce houses, lawn games, and more. All of the fun is set to kick off at 11 a.m. and will run until 4 p.m. this afternoon.
