LAS CRUCES, N.M. (KRQE) –Living in debt is spooky so that's why New Mexico State University created an interactive online game to teach people how to control their finances. The university's Learning Games Lab recently launched the web version of Night of the Living Debt. Northern lights over New Mexico skies: Can the state expect to see more? In this zombie apocalypse, people are fighting for financial survival. They'll learn how to wisely use credit cards, create a cash reserve, and maintain a good credit score. The original game premiered on the iPad back in 2016 with support from CoBank and the University of Idaho.
