EL PASO, Texas (KTSM)—The local nonprofit Operation Hope is collaborating with other organizations, including the El Paso County Constable's Office, to collect items for people in Florida who were affected by Hurricane Milton. “We're not just out here enforcing laws. We're also part of the community helping the community, spread the love to other communities that are in need," Javier Garcia with the El Paso County Constable's Office said. These organizations are collecting diapers, hygiene products, canned goods and more. Donations can be dropped off at any Perches Funeral Home locations in El Paso and Las Cruces including the following: Perches Funeral Homes -- West 6111 S.
