U.S. Rep. Chip Roy's Democrat challenger is calling out the three-term GOP incumbent for failing to respond to multiple debate requests as Election Day looms. Democrat Kristin Hook first challenged Roy to an Oct. 6 debate but received no response. Two days later, Hook took to social media platform X and posted a video calling out Roy, whose District 21, which includes large swaths of San Antonio's Northside and Hill Country suburbs.
