PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Whether you want to take in the fall foliage while browsing an outdoor market or watch some local football from the stands, there are plenty of events to take advantage of this weekend. Weekend Forecast Friday Federal Hill Columbus Day Festival Dean Street to Sutton Street will be closed until Monday as Federal Hill's celebrations kick off on Friday. There will be more than 80 food, art and retail vendors, plus games, amusement rides and live entertainment. Restaurants on Federal Hill will also expand their outdoor seating and feature special menu items. Woonsocket Autumnfest The 46th Autumnfest at World War II Veterans Memorial Park will feature amusement rides, food and live music. From 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. Friday, the Woonsocket Autumnfest is hosting its "Bracelet Night." Attendees can buy a $35 bracelet for unlimited rides in the park. You can save $5 if you buy your bracelet here in advance. Leaf peeping tips: How to see the best fall foliage Saturday Broadway Street Fair Broadway in Newport will be closed to all vehicle traffic between Gould Street and Farewell Street from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. for the Broadway Street Fair. Washington Square will also be closed to traffic. Vendors will set up shop at 11:30 a.m., and there will be live music starting at noon. The fair will also have food, vendors and art. There will also be activities like touch-a-truck and pumpkin painting. The Wine and Beer Garden featuring local beverages will be open from noon until 6:30 p.m. at 39 Touro Street. Federal Hill Columbus Day Festival The Festival's opening ceremony takes place at noon Saturday. The Wine and Galbani Cheese Tasting and La Cucina Galbani Demonstrations will also kick off on Saturday. Governor's Cup The University of Rhode Island and Brown University football teams will go head-to-head at 1 p.m. in South Kingstown at the 42nd Governor's Cup. MORE: URI, Brown to play 42nd Governor’s Cup on Saturday Scituate Art Festival This festival will run from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. in North Scituate's Village Green. There will be fine art, handmade crafts and antiques at the open-air market. There will be a food court and live music as well. Woonsocket Autumnfest More than 100,000 people are expected to attend the festival at Woonsocket's World War II Veterans Memorial Park over the long weekend. Starting at 10 a.m. Saturday, there will be 60 artisan vendors and more than 20 food vendors. There will also be three-on-three basketball, cornhole and EA Sports tournaments with cash prizes. You can learn more about the tournaments here. Sunday Federal Hill Columbus Day Parade The parade starts at 11 a.m. from Harris Avenue, traveling along Dean Street and along Atwells Avenue. The entire area will be closed to vehicle traffic from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Scituate Art Festival The festival will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in North Scituate's Village Green. There is a chance for rain on Sunday, but the festival will go on rain or shine. Toys for Tots Motorcycle Run The Rhode Island Motorcycle Association and U.S. Marine Corps Reserve are holding their 46th annual benefit motorcycle ride for Rhode Island Toys for Tots. Hundreds of riders and passengers are expected to take part and every participant will bring a new toy to donate. The ride will begin at 11:30 a.m. at West Bay Community Action on Jefferson Boulevard in Warwick and end at The Kingstown Bowl on Post Road in North Kingstown. Toys will be collected at Kingston Bowl at noon. Until 4 p.m., the bowling alley will be open exclusively for toy donors with the Patriots game, a bar and food. Woonsocket Autumnfest Fireworks From 9 p.m. until 10 p.m. Sunday, the Autumnfest at World War II Veterans Memorial Park will feature a fireworks display after a performance from the Zac Brown Tribute Band. Monday Federal Hill Columbus Day Festival The final day of the festival on Federal Hill will wrap up at 8 p.m. Scituate Art Festival The final day of the festival will run from from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. in North Scituate's Village Green. URI vs. UConn basketball The men's hoops exhibition game starts at 6 p.m. at the Mohegan Sun Arena. You can buy tickets to the game by clicking here. Woonsocket Autumnfest Parade There will be 17 bands performing in the Autumn Fest Parade that kicks off at 9:30 a.m. on Diamond Hill Road, ending on Social Street.
