INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Department of Transportation announced plans for lane and ramp closures on I-465 eastbound near Carmel on Friday. INDOT said that the closures will last until Monday to restore pavement, patch bridge decks and conduct joint repairs, but they did not announce a specific time on when the roads will reopen.
