Former President Trump is visiting the key battleground state of Nevada Friday, as polling indicates the state may still be up for grabs. Trump has looked to put his Democratic rival Vice President Harris on defense in the state, seeking to woo voters in the Las Vegas area in particular by pledging to end taxes on tips. Harris has likewise backed that policy. President Biden, who dropped out of the race and endorsed his vice president in late July, narrowly won the state in 2020. The Hill/Decision Desk HQ's aggregate of polls shows Trump and Vice President Harris virtually tied in the Silver State — Harris with 48 percent compared to the former president's 47.9 percent, likely within the margin of error. The rally in Reno, Nev., is scheduled to begin at 8:30 p.m. EDT. Watch the live video above.
