WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said it's looking for a person connected to an armed robbery that happened in Southwest D.C. on Thursday night. Man shot in Northwest DC MPD said that at about 8 p.m., the suspect went up to the victims in the 700 block of Wharf Street, pulled out a gun, assaulted one of the victims and stole their items. The suspect then left the area. Nearby cameras caught the suspect who can be seen in this picture: Credit: MPD Anyone who can identify this suspect or has information about this incident should call police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department's TEXT TIP LINE at 50411.  MPD currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a violent crime committed in D.C.
