ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – The Wayne County Sheriff's Office is investigating an armed robbery that happened at a convenience store in Walworth Monday. Deputies responded to The Station on Canandaigua Road around 9:13 p.m. where the clerk reported a white male dressed in all black approached the counter and demanded money. The clerk told deputies that the man kept his hand in his pocket, giving the clerk the impression that he was armed. The man ran off with an undisclosed amount of cash. Wayne County Sheriff's Deputies searched the area with a K-9 but the suspect was not found. This is an ongoing investigation.
