ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Livingston County Sheriffs have arrested and charged a man with several sexual offenses involving a child. 31-year-old Brandon Augsbury was arrested on October 3 and charged with Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child (2nd), Sexual Abuse (2nd), Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Augsbury was turned over to Livingston County Jail before his arraignment. He was held on $10,001 cash, $50,000 insurance company bond or $75,000 partially secured bond.
