HS Football Wrap: Pennsbury drops tight one at North Penn

LANSDALE, Pa. — The Pennsbury football nearly pulled off a major upset that would have also served as a huge boost to its playoff hopes.
Ultimately, the Falcons fell, 22-14, to North Penn in a Suburban One League National game on Thursday night at Crawford Stadium.
Kaiden Brown punched in an opening-drive touchdown that gave Pennsbury a 7-0 lead before the host Knights got going. Matt Bucksar tossed a pair of touchdown passes and kicker Ryan Bocklet made three field goals to aid North Penn in the victory.
Pennsbury dropped to 3-5 overall and 1-4 in the SOLN. The Knights improved to 7-1 overall and 4-1 in the SOLN.

ROBBINSVILLE — The Ravens (2-5) got off to a good start thanks to a touchdown run by Chris Naperkoski and a 3-yard touchdown pass from Gavin Yablonowitz to Noah Schwartz, but nothing went right after the first quarter and the Quakers (1-6) went on to their first victory.
