Nonbrand alternatives of weight-loss drugs like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound are flooding the market due to the lack of generics and limited supplies of the brand-name drugs. These drugs can be purchased without a prescription, but they are not approved by the FDA and come with real risks to consumers.
