LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A driver has been arrested on charges of driving under the influence following an overnight crash in Lexington, according to police. The incident occurred around 12:45 AM at the intersection of Tates Creek Road and New Circle Road. Police reported that the driver veered off the road and ended up crashing into some bushes. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the mishap. Authorities have now charged the driver with DUI, as the investigation into the incident continues.
