Lexington, S.C. (WOLO)–Lexington County deputies say an Aiken County man is charged with attempted murder after a shooting at a local business. Investigators say Thursday morning Harold Fogle,73, entered the business on Pond Branch Rd to discuss some work they were doing for him. After a short back and forth, deputies say surveillance video shows Fogle shooting the employee several times. The employee was taken to the hospital where officials say he is expected to recover.
