INDIANAPOLIS – Indianapolis Metropolitan police are investigating a deadly hit-and-run crash on the near northeast side. IMPD said a vehicle struck and killed a person in the area of 2600 N. Keystone Ave. It happened just before 5:10 a.m. The driver left the scene. The investigation led to some road closures, although the scene has since cleared. The roads affected were: 25th Street at Keystone Northbound 28th Street at Keystone Southbound 26th Street Westbound at Keystone Avenue The IMPD Fatal Crash Investigation Team has been called to the scene. IMPD didn't release any information about a possible suspect or vehicle.
