Jaclyn Corby knocked in a pass from Teagan Fairfax early in the second half and the Spartans beat Hun, 1-0, on Thursday afternoon for their second straight victory. Mia Petracca stopped five shots for Steinert (5-7-2), which has kept a cleansheet in all five of its wins and in six games overall. The Raiders (1-7-3) lost their sixth in a row. Notre Dame 3, WW-PS 1 PRINCETON JCT. — First-half goals from Avery Whittle, Reagan O’Mara and Madeline Kinney were enough to carry the Irish (9-4-1) to an eighth straight win as they knocked off the CVC Valley champion Pirates (6-2-2). Kate Grecsek scored in the second half for South. Allentown 4, Hightstown 0 HIGHTSTOWN — Kaylee Feldman scored twice, Alessia Rundella and Camryn Rossi were also on target and the Redbirds (7-5-1) blanked the Rams (3-9) to halt a three-game skid. Princeton 1, Nottingham 0 HAMILTON — Taylor Hamerschlag converted a pass from Leah O’Neill and the Tigers (2-8-2) finally scored a goal to snap an eighth-match winless run with a victory over the Northstars (7-7). Lawrence 4, WW-PN 0 PLAINSBORO — Becca Boggs had a goal and added two assists to give her a CVC-best 14, Michaela Little scored twice and the Cardinals (8-4) got a much-needed win over the Knights (4-8), who have dropped three straight after winning four in a row. Ava Donnelly also scored for Lawrence and Vlada Kachurak made four saves for the shutout. Robbinsville 3, Ewing 0 EWING — Ella Moir scored twice, Lucy Cerniglia added one and the Ravens (9-3-2) did all their damage in the first half as they cruised past the Blue Devils (3-9). Hopewell Valley 6, Hamilton West 0 HAMILTON — Elizabeth Buchert and Reagan Silvestri had two goals each, Colbie Pagnotta and Charlotte Barnes had one apiece and the Bulldogs (11-2-2) extended their unbeaten streak to 11 games when they cruised past the Hornets (3-11). Gianna Azara picked up two assists in the win.
