Indianapolis man dies in Hancock County jail GREENFIELD, Ind. (WISH) — An Indianapolis man has been found dead inside the Hancock County jail. Officers found Joe Davis, 52, unresponsive when giving him breakfast Thursday morning. He was pronounced dead shortly after.
