BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Six candidates debated issues impacting residents in Kern County's Board of Supervisors District 2. The race is to replace former Supervisor Zack Scrivner who resigned in August amid controversy of an ongoing investigation into allegations of child sexual abuse. The seat has been vacant ever since.
