Most of the Cavaliers regulars sat out in a 129-117 loss to the Pacers in a preseason game Oct. 10 at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. Jarrett Allen scored 13 points in 14-plus minutes played. Isaac Okoro and Dean Wade had nine points each. Darius Garland, Caris LeVert, Donovan Mitchell, Evan Mobley and Max Strus did not play. Ty Jerome scored a team-high 15 points and had eight assists. Craig Porter Jr. followed with 14. Georges Niang added 12, First-round pick Jaylon Tyson and Jules Bernard each scored 11. The Cavaliers play the third of their four preseason games Oct. 16 at Detroit.
