DC police investigating double shooting; 2 teenagers hurt

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- D.C. police are investigating a shooting that left two teenagers hurt Thursday afternoon.
The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said officers went to the 1200 block of North Capitol Street in Northwest at around 2:30 p.m. for a report of a double shooting.

There, officers found two teenagers, a boy and a girl, both had been shot. They were both still conscious and breathing when they were taken to the hospital.
