SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- A Florence, South Dakota man is behind bars, accused of helping to make pipe bombs. 41-year-old John Michael Felice is facing a list of charges, including Sale, Transportation or Possession of Destructive Devices and Intentional Damage to Property. Court documents say in May of 2024, authorities searched his brother Christopher Gamble's home in Florence and found guns, pipe bombs, marijuana, and more. 2 people injured after SUV crashes into building All were in a place where children could easily get to them. Felice is also charged with Escape after leaving a treatment center in Mitchell last month and not coming back.
