Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small Sr. and his wife, La'Quetta Small, pleaded not guilty to charges that they physically harmed their teenage daughter. They entered their pleas during their arraignment hearing in Mays Landing on Thursday. The couple allegedly beat their 16-year-old daughter on multiple occasions last winter.
