Edmond police confirm, two suspects from this afternoon's porch pirate operation turned manhunt have been taken into custody.

EDMOND, Okla. (KFOR) - Authorities in Edmond completed an undercover operation to catch porch pirates, resulting in a pursuit with two suspects on Thursday.
According to police, the pursuit started with two suspects in the Timberdale neighborhood. One suspect was caught and a second suspect remains outstanding.

Edmond Police Department says the scene is now clear and considered safe for residents, after schools in the area were placed on lockdown.
