THURSDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2024, 4:38 p.m. GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) — A 40-year-old former tennis coach accused of child enticement was arraigned in court Monday. Wisconsin Circuit Court records show that Joshua Denault, 40, appeared before Judge Thomas Walsh for the arraignment. A status conference was scheduled, and his current bond was continued. GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - The 40-year-old former tennis coach accused of child enticement had four more charges added during a preliminary hearing on Tuesday morning. Wisconsin Circuit Court records show that Green Bay native Joshua Denault is now facing a total of 16 charges for allegedly taking inappropriate "upskirt" images with his phone during tennis practice at the Western Racquet & Fitness Club. Denault waived his preliminary hearing, and his arraignment is set for October 7. Brown County authorities launched an investigation into Denault in early May after receiving information about possible inappropriate conduct. In the criminal complaint obtained by Local 5, Denault allegedly asked one victim to help him with something in a storage closet during a group practice. Denault then reportedly set his cell phone on the floor of the storage closet while recording the young victim standing over the phone. Denault reportedly maneuvered the victim to stand over the phone during the incident. During the investigation, authorities say they uncovered approximately 36 different videos of this nature in Denault’s 'recently deleted' tab on his cellphone. Denault's employment at the Western Racquet & Fitness Club was immediately terminated, and the business has been fully cooperative during the investigation.
