(WFRV) - A chiropractor in Brown County was officially charged with three counts of sexual assault after multiple women came forward claiming they were assaulted.
According to a criminal complaint obtained by Local 5, 76-year-old Ray Roddan faces multiple sexual assault charges stemming from patients who claimed they were assaulted while Roddan was a chiropractor. Back in March, investigators met with two women who said that Roddan assaulted them.
One victim said that she saw Roddan for six to nine months for treatment, but felt that he was always 'really physically' too close to her. She claimed that Roddan had her sign a release form and then had her unbutton her pants.

She ended up grabbing his wrist as he was close to her genitals. The complaint says that when she told her current chiropractor about the alleged incident with Roddan, they were aware of his practices and confirmed that there were other victims.
A different victim said that Roddan was always trying 'unusual' things to increase business. The victim told authorities that after several treatments, Roddan suggested a specialized treatment called MYPET (myofascial pain elimantion technique).
The complaint says that the Roddan would push near the victim's crotch area and have her unbutton her pants. The victim was not asked to sign anything. She claimed that Roddan would rub her genitals, but he wouldn't do it every time.
A third victim claimed that Roddan went under her leggings to push near her pelvic bone. She said that he did not wear gloves when this was being done.
Authorities ended up speaking with other chiropractors who said they were not familiar with treatment around the genital area, especially any kind that went underneath clothing.
There were other claims stating that Roddan would put his hands underneath clothing and near their genitals, according to the complaint.
