BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A Bakersfield man was indicted by a federal grand jury Thursday on charges he produced sexually explicit content involving minors and receiving child pornography, according to federal prosecutors. Rafael Omero Plata Guerrero, 34, allegedly received child porn between June 1 and Aug. 27. It's alleged he also "produced visual depictions of two minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct" between April 15 and Aug. 26, according to a release from prosecutors. Affair led to deadly Panama St shooting: docs Guerrero could get up to 30 years in prison for each of the two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor he faces, and up to 20 years in prison if convicted of the child porn charge.
