BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Kern Secret Witness Program has offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and filing of a complaint against the suspect involved in a 2013 homicide. In a Facebook post, the Kern Secret Witness Program said Erika Padron Lango was reported missing by her husband on Oct. 10, 2013. Lango's body was found on Dec. 3, 2013, in the Friant-Kern Canal near Delano. Affair led to deadly Panama St shooting: docs Lango's death was ruled as a homicide, according to officials. On the evening that Lango's husband, Julio Lango, reported her missing he said they were in a verbal argument and she left home in an unknown direction. Erika did not go home the next day. Julio reported Erika had never "done such a thing."
