93-Year-Old Man Dies in Fiery Car Accident near Redd Road EL PASO, TX (October 10, 2024) – Jesus Román Villezcas Carrazco died early Friday morning, in a two-car crash on eastbound Interstate 10. Authorities arrived to the scene near Redd Road around 1:00 a.m., on August 30th. Investigators report that a collision occurred between a Toyota Sienna and a Mercedes C300, driven by 36-year-old Alberto Gonzalez. The force of the impact pushed the Sienna into a concrete barrier, igniting the vehicle. Inside the Sienna were a 65-year-old man, a 60-year-old woman, and 93-year-old Carrazco. Sadly, Carrazco was unable to escape the vehicle and suffered fatal injuries. The male and female occupants were rushed to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. Authorities assessed Gonzalez at the scene, and the investigation to gather more details is ongoing.
