New York State fall foliage report: Colors starting to pop in the Finger Lakes

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The leaves are finally starting to show signs of some real change in the Finger Lakes region, according to the latest foliage report from I Love NY.
Most of the region is now classified as either 'just changing' or at the mid-point of showing its colors.
The state's I Love NY website indicates a mix of conditions in Monroe County, from 20-30% in Rochester, to 40-45% in Brighton and even better colors to the west, south and east.

In Livingston County, Geneseo has up to 40% change with pops of yellow and red, while Ontario County is showing 25% in Geneva with a mix of colors, and 20% in Victor with mostly yellows.
Peak foliage can be seen in the Chautauqua-Allegheny region, the Northern Catskills, and the Adirondacks.
