TOPEKA (KSNT) - A Topeka coffee shop is set to grow during an extensive renovation project that will help it increase services to the community and offer new employment opportunities for disabled teens and adults. The Capper Foundation announced in a press release on Oct. 10 that Dialogue Coffee House will be expanding its job skills training and supported community employment program for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities this year. The coffee shop will also be renovating its kitchen space and expanding its original location in Topeka at 4009 Southwest 29th Street. "Knowing that growth equates to change, the first phase of the expanded program is a kitchen renovation and expansion for Dialogue Coffee House. The larger kitchen will increase capacity and create a safer, more efficient space to produce delicious baked goods."
