WARE, Mass. (WWLP) - A man from Ware was arrested on Wednesday after a lengthy investigation in connection with several charges including aggravated rape of a child. Ware man arrested on trafficking and child rape charges According to the Ware Police Department, Detective Ryan Downing began an investigation in September last year of 38-year-old Michael Elwell. The investigation led to the arrest of Elwell on Wednesday by members of Ware Police along with the Massachusetts State Police.
