ORLANDO (WPRI) — Ashley Raulet grew up in Westport but now lives in Orlando and had to hunker down for Hurricane Milton. She told 12 News on a Zoom interview that they experienced high winds and flooding but missed most of the real damage. RELATED: Former WPRI editor describes experience in Hurricane Milton "As far as where I am I'm lucky I live in an apartment complex and they are kind of built in Florida to really withstand that type of stuff," she explained. Some of her family members live in Fort Meyers, which dealt with multiple tornadoes. Watch the full interview in the video above.
