President Biden will deliver remarks from the White House on Thursday to provide an update on the initial impacts of Hurricane Milton after it hit Central Florida overnight. Milton made landfall late Wednesday as a Category 3 storm just south of the Tampa Bay area, causing widespread damage. Millions remain without power, and six people so far are confirmed dead.
