Syracuse, N.Y. — An 82-year-old and a 65-year-old have been indicted for mailing child pornography to each other multiple times over a period of more than two years, prosecutors said.John Kelly, 82, of Rome, and Richard Hockersmith, 65, of Plattsburgh, were indicted on federal child pornography charges last Wednesday, according to court documents filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
