PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — CHOP, the Culinary Hub of Providence, has officially opened at the Providence Public Library. The ribbon cutting marked the launch of the innovative space, which serves as both a restaurant and a training ground for culinary students from the Genesis Center.
