KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas City police are searching for a missing/endangered man who was last seen at his home in Kansas City. Joshua Catlett, 33, was last seen near 70th St. and Prospect Ave. Catlett is 5-foot-10 and weighs 150 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
