ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Three New York Army National Guard CH-47 Chinook cargo helicopters returned to Rochester Wednesday after helping with Hurricane Helene recovery efforts in North Carolina. Officials said 16 soldiers, four generators, and the three helicopters were sent from Rochester to support the North Carolina National Guard.
