PENFIELD, N.Y. (WROC) — Opening Sunday in BayTowne Plaza, GameTopia! The store is near the H&R Block and karate studio. Owner Joshua Stein built the business to combine the best of three worlds: you can get food and drink, play a board, trading card, or tabletop game inside, and then you can buy it after! "It seems more convenient and a better idea to just do these things together," Stein said on-site Wednesday. Five businesses coming to BayTowne Plaza Currently, the business will serve beer and wine — Stein says wine slushies are on the menu as well — and has a small but curated sandwich menu. "When it came down to it, I really wanted a game store I could have a beer at, and nobody in town wanted to do it, so I did," he said.
