MERCED, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - The Merced Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a woman accused of theft at a Family Dollar in Merced. Police say the woman was accused of stealing a wallet from a customer at Family Dollar. A picture shared by authorities shows the female suspect wearing dark-colored shorts and a black and gray shirt, along with dark-colored shoes. The Merced Police Department asks the community if they have any information regarding the suspect or information that could assist with the investigation to contact them at 209-385-6912.
