WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — This week's KSN Game of the Week is a battle between two rivals, as Kapaun Mt. Carmel will face off against Bishop Carroll. Kapaun took home its first win against Bishop Caroll in 27 years last season, 49-20. Now, the Crusaders are looking to begin a winning streak of their own, but the top-ranked team in 4A knows it won't be easy. "We've been pretty focused," Kapaun quarterback Dylan Burr said. "We've been pretty focused the whole year. There's been a few practices where it's been lower focus than others, but we try to keep our focus up and at 100% for every practice, no matter who we're playing, really." Boot maker from Italy brings business to Kansas "And a lot of people have been saying how we should be like knocking them over," Crusaders offensive lineman Micah Amphone said. "But I think that we should take this game very seriously and just keep our playing, keeping our game plan the same as always. Just keep your heads down." On the other sideline, it's been an up-and-down season for the Bishop Carroll Golden Eagles. Currently, their record is 2-3, and every single game has been a blowout one way or the other. The smallest margin of victory — win or loss — for Bishop Carroll has been 25 points. "It's a really big week for us," Golden Eagles defensive back Landon Steven said. "I mean, we lost our streak last year, and we're going to try to start it back up this year. So it's a big week for us."
