The Latest Northeast Wisconsin Forecast from Storm Team 5... High pressure remained in control today, bringing plenty of sunshine across the area with temperatures running right at average in the low to mid 60s. The air is very dry right now, so the Wisconsin DNR has keep northeast Wisconsin in a high to very high risk of wildfire. With that dry air in place, temperatures will cool off quickly, falling into the middle and upper 30s for Green Bay and west of the valley, with 40s elsewhere. Frost potential is once again expected in areas that reach the 30s. There is a chance to see the Northern Lights again tonight. We will warm up quickly tomorrow with temperatures reaching the upper 60s and low 70s and abundant sunshine. Lows will then fall off into the 40s and 50s with an increase in clouds. Not looking like frost will develop. A cold front will slide into the area Friday, bringing with it more on the way of cloud coverage and possibly a passing sprinkle or shower. Ahead of the front, highs on Friday will reach the middle and upper 70s, possibly reaching 80. Winds will pick up out of the south 10-20mph. Once this front slides through, it will bring a change of airmass with temperatures on Saturday in the 50s and maybe a 60 degree reading here or there. Another system will drop into the area Sunday, and unfortunately it will bring a few showers on gameday, but nothing widespread. Highs Sunday through the middle of the week will sit in the middle and upper 50s.
